Course Overview: This course will help develop knowledge and understanding of the behaviours exhibited by siblings who are in care and help to manage complex sibling relationships and behaviours using Therapeutic Parenting Strategies.
For caregivers and supporting professionals to help understand and manage Trauma Bonds and increase understanding of the impact of Developmental Trauma Disorder upon siblings. To empower and equip attendees to consciously respond to the children’s historical trauma dynamics / established roles and how these are communicated via behaviours and raise awareness of the importance of maintaining sibling relationships into Adulthood.
